SSPA 140W out - 2302 - 2424 MHz
This 140W driver I have developed thanks to help of Pavel OK1VT (Rogers PCBs) and Pavel OK1XWA (theoretical things)
This is new SSPA 140W 2,3GHz driver. I am now using this PA for portable EME DX pedition and 13cm activity with my 10m dish. In next future it will work as a driver of new 500W out SSPA.
